Responsible team and scope
The OrderTech team operates the public lawyers.ordertech.ai website to receive platform enquiries and demonstration requests. This policy covers that public website. It does not cover case files or client and employee data within office accounts or their applications, which require arrangements specific to the service and organisation concerned. Contact request data
The form requires your full name and telephone number. Email, subject and request summary are optional. Requests are stored in the system and follow-up records so authorised staff can respond and organise follow-up. Do not submit case documents, sensitive data or information about clients or other people through this form. A demonstration request does not confirm an appointment or constitute advertising-tracking consent.
Measurement data and purposes
With your consent, we measure public page visits, campaign referrals, language choice, content interactions, opening the demonstration section, telephone and WhatsApp clicks, and successful request submissions. These help understand website use and measure campaign results. Providers may receive technical information, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and your IP address when connecting to their services. These data are not completely anonymous. Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and message text are not included in tracking events sent by the website.
Consent choices and withdrawal
Choose Analytics only to enable Google Analytics 4, allow analytics and advertising measurement to also enable Meta Pixel, or reject optional measurement. Rejection does not prevent browsing or submitting a request. Change your choice using Measurement preferences. Choices apply to your browser and may need to be set on another device. Withdrawal stops new events, but a request initiated before withdrawal may finish sending. It does not automatically erase data previously received by a provider.
Cookies and local storage
Your analytics and advertising choice, including rejection, is saved locally in your browser until changed or site data is cleared; the website sets no expiry for this choice. Google may create cookies such as _ga and _ga_* after analytics consent, and Meta may create _fbp and _fbc after advertising consent. Their lifetimes depend on provider settings and may renew on visits; expiry details are available in your browser settings. On rejection, the website attempts to remove measurement cookies it can access. It cannot erase every third-party cookie or data in your accounts with those providers.
Measurement providers and external links
The website uses Google Analytics 4 linked to Google Ads for importing conversion events, and Meta Pixel after advertising consent. These providers receive measurement events and technical connection information and may process them outside your country under their policies and service arrangements. Automatic customer matching, Enhanced Conversions and Conversions API are not enabled in the current tracking configuration. Login and internal work pages are excluded from this tracking. When you open WhatsApp or another external service, its policy applies. A click does not automatically transmit your contact-form submission to it.
Access and operations
Requests are accessible to authorised staff managing them and to hosting and operational providers to the extent necessary to deliver the service. The website uses HTTPS, contact-input validation and internal access permissions. Technical connection information may be processed to operate and protect the service. No method guarantees absolute security. Measurement consent does not separately authorise sending your request contents to an external AI provider.
Retention and deletion
There is currently no automatic deletion of contact requests after a fixed number of days. Requests and follow-up records remain in the system until their necessity is reviewed or a related request is addressed. You can request review, correction or deletion through the contact channels below, subject to legal obligations and backups. This policy does not promise immediate deletion or removal of every copy upon withdrawal of tracking consent. Information received by Google and Meta is subject to their retention settings and policies.
Your rights and policy updates
Depending on applicable law, you can request access and a copy of your data, correction, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing or deletion where its conditions are met. Limited identity verification may be needed. You can also refer complaints to the competent supervisory authority. We update this policy when purposes or tools change and state the update date. Your existing consent is not automatic consent to new purposes.
